Born in Varna /Bulgaria/, following his graduation at the Medical University of Pécs he started his carrier as clinical doctor and lecturer at the Radiology Department to the University.
After a board examination in Radiology in 1995 he continued his research and scientific work in the department as assistant professor in the field of interventional radiology, scoping on intravascular oncology and selective thrombolysis topics.
As a visiting professor he took courses in Addenbrooke’s Hospital, NHS Trust, Cambridge University /1996/ and Singleton Hospital NHS Trust, Swansea /1997/.
In 1998 he graduated in Health Care Administration and Hospital Management at the Technion University, Haifa.
From 2001 he started his work in the Health Center to the University of Kaposvár as a medical director and from 2004 is responsible for the Radiation Oncology Unit.
In 2012 he was awarded with the Honor Order Golden Cross of the Hungarian Republic.
Participant of several scientific Hungarian and International societies and Secretary General of the Hungarian Society of Radiation Oncology.
Since 2007 member of the working group in Medical Diagnostic, and since 2014 elected for representative of Baranya County, to the Academic Council of Pécs, Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
